The structure of the P4P Golf Performance Program
Training Level: Anyone looking to take their golf performance to the next level.
Workouts per Week: The in-season training block will have strength training 2x a week and mobility work 2x a week
Workout Length: 45-70 Minutes
Equipment Needed: A general gym set-up is perfect. We use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and various types of bands. Certain programs will also use SuperSpeed Sticks. All equipment can be modified based off your needs.

- Mobility Drills to keep you moving optimally
- Movement Prep Exercises to help groove movements for the day
- Power Development to prime you for your workout and elevate your heart rate
