During this time of year, it’s still about playing golf. But we want to start to work on improving how our body functions overall. The volume starts to pick up, but intensity stays on the lower end. This allows us to focus on learning movement patterns, and create an environment for muscle growth and enhanced recovery. At the end of the day, golf is the goal and injury reduction is the name of the game.

The structure of the P4P Golf Performance Program

Training Level: Anyone looking to take their golf performance to the next level.

Workouts per Week: The foundations training block will have strength training 2-3x per week alongside optional workouts to improve mobility and longevity.

Workout Length: 45-70 Minutes

Duration: 12-Weeks

Equipment Needed: A general gym set-up is perfect. We use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and various types of bands. Certain programs will also use SuperSpeed Sticks. All equipment can be modified based off your needs.

This program is complete with:

  • Mobility Drills to keep you moving optimally
  • Movement Prep Exercises to help groove movements for the day
  • Power Development to prime you for your workout and elevate your heart rate
  • Strength Training to help you build strength and muscle to enhance your abilities on the course
