That is why I have created the first golf fitness program that covers everything required to make you a complete golfer.

Long-term golf development needs to be looked at from a yearly perspective, not just in the now. This program focuses on building different golf-specific qualities over the course of the year to keep you playing your best golf year-round.

The structure of the P4P Golf Performance Program

Training Level: Anyone looking to take their golf performance to the next level.

Workouts per Week: The in-season training block will have strength training 2x a week and mobility work 2x a week

Workout Length: 45-70 Minutes

Duration: 12-Weeks

Equipment Needed: A general gym set-up is perfect. We use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and various types of bands. Certain programs will also use SuperSpeed Sticks. All equipment can be modified based off your needs.

This program is complete with:

  • Mobility Drills to keep you moving optimally
  • Movement Prep Exercises to help groove movements for the day
  • Power Development to prime you for your workout and elevate your heart rate
